As a healthcare professional, you play a vital role in delivering person-centred care to patients. Working as an Enrolled Nurse, you will be responsible for practising under the direct or indirect supervision of a Registered Nurse/Midwife and adhering to NMBA standards within relevant legislation and scope of practice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure high-quality, safe services and workplaces by adhering to defined service quality standards, health and safety policies, and procedures.
  • Perform your duties in accordance with Schedule 2, Nurses and Midwives (Queensland Health Award) – State 2015 – Generic Level Statements Nurse Grade 3 and the Queensland Public Service values.
  • Take responsibility for safety and quality in healthcare, participate in continuous quality and safety improvement activities, and notify a relevant clinical or non-clinical responsible officer when concerns arise about workplace or patient safety.
