As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for interacting and providing professional health and clinical care advice and direction to a team of home care workers. Additionally, you will professionally liaise with clients and their families on a regular basis, addressing any concerns and service satisfaction.

To ensure consistency in practice, all actions will be aligned with policy and legislative frameworks. Furthermore, maintaining up-to-date client records and information is essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build strong and meaningful connections with clients and their family

Requirements:

In order to succeed in this role, you will need to hold a formal tertiary qualification in nursing and current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse. You should also have demonstrated knowledge of the aged care sector, including a National criminal history/police check, Working with Children Check, and a valid First Aid and CPR certificate.
