Job Opportunity

At our organization, every claim is viewed as an opportunity to enhance customer relationships. This role reports directly to the Head of Third-Party Claims and involves interacting with external customers, leading our claims offerings in Executive & Professional lines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of claims professionals, overseeing a broad portfolio of Executive & Professional lines claims in accordance with our Claims Service Standards.
  • Establish expectations, coach, and develop teammates.
  • Collaborate with the broader team on claims trends, portfolio development, policy wordings, and risk issues.
  • Meet and participate in meetings with customers and broker partners to communicate our services effectively.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of Executive & Professional lines insurance policies.
