Test Assurance Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to lead quality assurance efforts within an Agile scrum team, ensuring robust test coverage and effective defect management.
The ideal candidate will have experience in software testing methodologies, quality assurance processes, and SDLC. A strong understanding of card payments, including financial messaging standards (ISO 8583, AS2805) is also required.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts tailored to the SAFe Agile environment.
- Collaborating with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure transparency.
- Analyzing test results and reporting defects promptly.
Key qualifications include:
- 4+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with at least 2+ years of EFTPOS payments testing experience.
- Strong knowledge of card payments and scheme certifications.
- Proficiency in test case creation, test execution, defect management, and reporting.
- Experience with test management tools such as Jira and X-Ray.
