The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of at least $60,000 per annum, with the possibility of higher pay based on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Educator to lead our team in delivering exceptional educational programs. As a Senior Educator, you will be responsible for managing your own room, leading a team of dedicated educators, and collaborating with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve teaching practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Diploma in Early Childhood or ACECQA-approved equivalent
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current Western Australia Working with Children Check
