Expert Transfer Pricing Professional

A senior transfer pricing professional will work across a range of clients, from large multinational corporations to small start-ups.

This is a hybrid position based in Sydney, with the opportunity to work flexibly with reduced hours.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Apply complex business concepts and economic knowledge to help resolve client challenges.
  • Support Partners on high-level engagements, including tax planning, compliance requirements and all forms of tax authority engagement.
  • Manage client relationships, including participating in meetings with clients and tax authorities.
  • Review financial analyses, documentation and models prepared by team members to ensure quality and accuracy.
  • Mentor, train and support the development of team members, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages growth and knowledge sharing.
Requirements:
  • Possess at least 5+ years of Transfer Pricing experience within a top-tier accounting firm or corporate environment.
  • Demonstrate good drafting skills, the ability to apply facts to tax legislation, and advise clients on the implications.
  • Have experience in assimilating complex information and data sources to provide succinct and well-informed recommendations.
  • Exhibit strong leadership skills with the ability to build trust and credibility quickly.
  • Show strong commercial acumen, staying abreast of wider factors that influence transfer pricing.
  • Exceptional client service orientation and a collaborative approach to teaming are essential.
  • Hold a Bachelors degree or higher qualification.
  • Financial modelling, Excel skills, AI skills and Bloomberg skills are beneficial.
