Job Description:

Our transfer pricing team is comprised of experienced economists, tax specialists, and analysts who collaborate with clients to generate tax efficiencies and minimize risk. We employ a multi-disciplinary approach that enables us to navigate complex issues such as developing commercially viable transfer pricing policies, compiling documentation for audits, and ensuring compliance with local revenue requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advising multinational clients on transfer pricing strategies across various industries and business models in Australia and globally.
  • Conducting financial, economic, value chain, and benchmarking analysis to prepare transfer pricing documentation and support clients in planning and defending their transfer pricing arrangements.
  • Attending client meetings and collaborating with senior transfer pricing specialists to provide expert advice.
  • Developing operational transfer pricing models and implementing them into enterprise resource planning systems.
  • Engaging in ongoing professional development to enhance technical skills and stay up-to-date with Australian and global transfer pricing developments.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Australian transfer pricing advisory experience, including preparation of transfer pricing analysis/documents/models.
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Prior transfer pricing experience in a Big 4 or mid-tier firm, the ATO, or corporate environment.
  • Mentoring, training, and developing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
