Transfer Pricing Specialist

This role involves driving transfer pricing calculations, including data collection and analysis, as well as assessing inter-company pricing in line with DEMPE functions through fact-finding and business interviews.

  • Manage global compliance obligations, including preparation of TP forms and notifications.
  • Monitor evolving local and global TP requirements and address impact to the organization.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and stakeholder management skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

As a Transfer Pricing Specialist, you will:

  1. Work alongside the Senior Manager to drive the quarter-end and year-end transfer pricing calculations process.
  2. Assess and review inter-company pricing in line with DEMPE functions.
  3. Prepare and submit TP forms and notifications.
  4. Identify and implement improvements to TP processes, controls, and workflows.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 4-7 years of transfer pricing experience in a global company and/or accounting firm.
  • Degree level qualification in a relevant field.
  • CA/CPA qualified or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong writing skills and business acumen with problem-solving creativity and commercial judgment.
  • A risk aware, but not risk averse approach.
  • Highly organised with the ability to deliver high-quality work under pressure and within agreed deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Self motivated with a real desire to learn/divide into complex technical matters.
