About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled dentist to join our team as a lead dentist. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in surgical, implant, and cosmetic dentistry, as well as experience in managing a team and overseeing clinical staff.

Your Responsibilities
  • Advise on suitable staffing levels for departments and oversee clinical staff/dentists
  • Recognize and address clinic issues, including unsafe clinical practices or unprofessional conduct within your scope of responsibility
  • Contribute to the development, upkeep, and guidance on marketing and clinical protocols
  • Conduct team meetings and organize staff training sessions
  • Diagnose and manage oral disorders and diseases
  • Formulate treatment plans and educate patients on optimal dental care practices
  • Establish patient care objectives
