About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled dentist to join our team as a lead dentist. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in surgical, implant, and cosmetic dentistry, as well as experience in sedation services.

Your Responsibilities
  • Oversee clinical staff and dentists, ensuring the highest level of patient care and safety.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing and clinical protocols.
  • Diagnose and manage oral disorders and diseases, formulating treatment plans and educating patients on optimal dental care practices.
  • Establish patient care objectives and conduct team meetings to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
