About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and skilled dentist to join our team as a clinical director. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in surgical, implant, and cosmetic dentistry, as well as experience in leading and managing clinical staff.

About You
  • 8-10+ years of clinical experience
  • Previous experience as a lead dentist/practice principal
  • Proficiency in cosmetic dentistry and implants
  • Valid AHPRA registration and Australian working rights
  • A passionate commitment to delivering exceptional care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The capability to excel in both collaborative and independent environments
Your Responsibilities
  • Advising on suitable staffing levels for departments and overseeing clinical staff/dentists
  • Recognizing and addressing clinic issues, including unsafe clinical practices or unprofessional conduct within your scope of responsibility
  • Contributing to the development, upkeep, and guidance on marketing and clinical protocols
  • Conducting team meetings and organizing staff training sessions
  • Diagnosing and managing oral disorders and diseases
  • Formulating treatment plans and educating patients on optimal dental care practices
  • Establishing patient care objectives
