About the Role

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Personal Care Workers in Pakenham. As a Personal Care Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live independently in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities
  • Help with household chores and meal preparation
  • Assist with transportation to appointments
  • Build strong relationships with clients and their families
Requirements
  • Certificate III in Aged Care, Home and Community Care, or Disability, or completion of first-year Bachelor of Nursing studies and First Aid Level 2
  • Current driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to relate to older people and flexibility around changing client needs
  • Empathy, respect, kindness, and reliability
