We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Personal Care Workers in Pakenham. As a Personal Care Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live independently in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities
- Help with household chores and meal preparation
- Assist with transportation to appointments
- Build strong relationships with clients and their families
- Certificate III in Aged Care, Home and Community Care, or Disability, or completion of first-year Bachelor of Nursing studies and First Aid Level 2
- Current driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to relate to older people and flexibility around changing client needs
- Empathy, respect, kindness, and reliability
