About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist to join our team at Experian. As a key member of our Group FP&A team, you will play a critical role in supporting the Head of Group Financial Planning and Analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce comprehensive capex reports for month-end, forecast, budget, and strategy planning processes.
  • Participate in projects aimed at improving system usage of our Hyperion-based cube and Digital Intelligence MI.
  • Provide backup support for the team in KL during UK hours, focusing on capex analysis.
  • Produce ad-hoc analysis for Cost and FTE, including Labour Analytics, compensation analysis, and productivity decks.
  • Develop expertise in global allocation processes and become the go-to person for system and process knowledge.
Requirements
  • Post-qualification experience in financial planning and analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to instill confidence and reassurance in senior stakeholders.
  • Experience working in a complex global matrix organizational structure.
  • Understanding of financial processes across different levels within a large organization.
  • Ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders, both finance and non-finance.
  • Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Hyperion.
