Product Demonstrator Job

This role involves showcasing the capabilities of new handsets to customers, educating them on AI benefits and features.

To succeed in this position, you should have a solid understanding of retail consumer electronics products, experience in sales and product demonstration, and strong communication skills.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Engage customers proactively and build genuine rapport with them.
    • Qualify customer needs and understand how they use their current device and how AI features would make their life better.
    • Personalised demonstration based on customer qualification.
    • Soft close and pass on to retail staff members for sale.
    • Complete reporting at the end of each shift.
Requirements and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need the following:

  • Minimum 1 year in a retail environment.
  • Minimum 1 year as a brand ambassador, demonstrator, or salesperson in the consumer electronics retail channel.
  • Preferable however not required, a minimum of 12 months demonstrator experience.
  • IT skills, including photo uploading and reporting.
  • Passion for technology.
