Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in the role of Air Freight Customer Operations Manager. In this position, you will be responsible for leading and managing customer operations related to air freight imports. You will work closely with internal departments, external customers, and suppliers to ensure seamless operations.

  • Identify training needs and actively support the development of skills and career growth through coaching, mentoring, and on-the-job learning.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal departments, external customers, and suppliers.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for air operations and align operational activities with global strategies and local market needs.
  • Prepare and deliver monthly key performance indicator (KPI) reporting including monitoring and ownership of key station metric KPIs.
