Payment Solutions Developer

This role presents an exceptional opportunity to contribute to the development of innovative payment solutions within a dynamic team.

JPMorgan Payments is the world's largest cash management provider, moving, concentrating and investing client money, and providing trade finance and logistics solutions globally. With operations in numerous countries, the business processes a substantial volume of fund transfers daily.

You will be part of a collaborative team in Sydney, supporting projects, assisting with tasks, and participating in product development discussions across the wider Payments group. The area of focus for business in Australia is to expand our Product capabilities to serve our rapidly changing client needs and new fintech growth.

The ideal candidate will have underlying potential, good motivation, and the ability to learn. Typically, no direct experience is required. The role offers opportunities for growth and development in a results-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Vision & Strategy: Establish a clear direction for the product and ensure the team is aligned with its goals
  • Market Research & Feedback: Gather data to understand customer needs, preferences, and feedback to inform product development
