Job Title: Site Operations Director

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of our facility. This is a key position that requires effective management and coordination to ensure high levels of performance across multiple areas.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operational plans and strategies to drive continuous improvement in services.
  • Foster a resident-centered culture by prioritizing the needs and preferences of residents and their support networks.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve organisational objectives and contribute to annual budgeting and forecasting.
  • Lead by example, promoting a culture of feedback, open disclosure, and continuous improvement.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with key government departments, referral networks, suppliers, and other external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse with demonstrated compassion, empathy, and a passion for residential aged care.
  • Proven ability to achieve organisational objectives through strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, including the ability to lead a highly cohesive and productive team.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in managing compliance with legislative requirements, including the Aged Care Act 1997.
