We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Data Analyst to join our team at Recooty. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and improvement through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Data Analysis and Insights: Conduct in-depth analysis of healthcare data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
  2. Business Intelligence: Develop and maintain business intelligence reports and dashboards to provide stakeholders with actionable insights.
  3. Healthcare Operations: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions that improve healthcare operations and patient outcomes.
  4. Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders, including senior management and external partners.
  5. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Healthcare Data Analyst or in a related role.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and hands-on experience with data analysis and visualization tools.
