The Data & Reporting Analyst plays a critical role in the Customer Lifecycle Management team, delivering data analytics and comprehensive reporting services. This position involves designing, building, and maintaining reports, analyzing data, and providing insights to improve customer lifecycle management, achieve commercial targets, and identify growth opportunities.

Key responsibilities include extracting and integrating data from various sources, maintaining and updating established reports, and developing tailored data models for input data/metrics. The successful candidate will have strong Power BI and analytical skills, with experience in developing and delivering business intelligence reports and dashboards.

Key Skills and Experience

  • Strong reporting, modelling, and scenario analysis
  • Proven experience in developing, delivering, and maintaining business intelligence reports and dashboards
  • Advanced Power BI experience
  • Working knowledge of campaign systems and data platforms
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
