Lead a Team of Hospitality Professionals

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our fast-paced pub environment, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise Daily Operations: Ensure the pub runs smoothly during your shift, managing staff, inventory, and customer interactions.
  • Lead and Motivate the Team: Foster a positive and productive work environment, supporting staff development and encouraging excellent customer service.
  • Manage Staff Scheduling and Breaks: Coordinate staff schedules, breaks, and shift handovers to maintain a high level of service.
  • Handle Customer Complaints: Resolve issues efficiently, maintaining a high standard of service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor Cleanliness and Safety: Ensure the venue meets health, safety, and hygiene standards, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Oversee Bar and Kitchen Operations: Ensure quality control of food and beverages, managing inventory and stock levels.
  • Manage Cash and Financial Reporting: Handle cash management, daily takings, and ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Support Staff Training and Development: Assist in staff training and development, improving performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Proven Experience: Demonstrate proven experience in a similar style venue, with strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a well-groomed, upbeat, and friendly persona.
  • Passion for Food and Drinks: Show a strong passion for food and drinks, with a desire to provide an exceptional customer experience and lead by example.
  • Flexibility: Be flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays, with a current RSA.
