Healthcare Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a proactive leader to oversee the day-to-day operations and efficiency of our Belmont Hub practice, ensuring high-quality clinical care and a patient-centric focus.


The Belmont Hub is a purpose-built facility featuring modern consulting rooms and technology. Our multi-disciplinary centre offers convenience for Geelong residents, bringing together medical, dental, podiatry, and physiotherapy services in one location.



About You
  • Strong leadership skills to inspire and develop a high-performing team
  • Proven experience in successfully leading complex medical settings with high-performance outcomes
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
  • Commercial mindset with solid understanding of financial KPIs
  • Ability to lead with empathy and a patient-centred focus
  • Knowledge of health-related practice management systems and accreditation requirements
  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite and web-based patient management systems
  • VCE or equivalent Diploma, training in emergency management, and CPR certification

This role involves overseeing the efficient delivery of clinical care and promoting a positive work environment that fosters collaboration and teamwork.


The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for healthcare and team management, with excellent leadership skills and the ability to motivate staff to achieve outstanding results.



Key Responsibilities
  1. Sustain high-quality clinical care by ensuring compliance with relevant standards and guidelines
  2. Develop and implement strategies to improve practice efficiency and productivity
  3. Maintain accurate records and reports as required
  4. Foster strong relationships with patients, staff, and other stakeholders
  5. Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures
