About the Role- Drive the strategic and operational leadership of retail health and eye care operations across Geelong and regional areas.
- Partner with directors to deliver integrated business outcomes, ensuring high-quality patient care, commercial success, and regulatory compliance.
- Lead and empower multi-site teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Shape the future of regional health by delivering exceptional customer experience, supporting clinical excellence, and helping achieve ambitious growth strategies.
- Manage complex operational systems, oversee performance metrics, and optimise end-to-end service delivery to meet evolving community needs.
