Logistics Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Support Specialist to play a critical role in supporting our clients and shaping the future of integrated logistics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver assurance and support across client teams, including HQ, Product Lines, Engineering Support, and Cyber Exercise Team.
  • Lead performance tracking for hardware/software procurement and maintain accurate planner boards.
  • Uplift documentation and procedures to align with product baselines and internal processes.
  • Provide technical support, training, and advice across teams.
  • Participate in QMRs, CCBs, and MSRs to ensure engineering requirements are captured.
  • Manage asset updates and configuration activities.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement in workflows.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Commerce, ICT, or related field.
  • Project Management Certification.
  • Certified SAFe Practitioner (can be completed upon engagement).

Experience

  • 5+ years in Logistics Leadership/Management.
  • Team leadership and mentoring.
  • Strategic data analysis and stakeholder engagement.
  • Experience in Systems Program Office or similar.

Requirements

  • Australian Citizen with NV1 Security Clearance.
