Senior Pharmacist

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Senior Pharmacist to lead the Paediatric Critical Care (PCC) Electronic Medical Record (EMR) implementation project at Perth Children's Hospital (PCH). The successful applicant will provide leadership and work in partnership with senior nursing, medical, pharmacy, allied health, and support staff to plan and implement the PCC EMR.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the PCC EMR project, including workflow determination and mapping, dataset compilation, and building and testing of decision support tools.
- Contribute to training of staff in the use of the new EMR.
- Ensure practice is in accordance with the Pharmacy Board of Australia Registration Standards, the Pharmacy Board of Australia Codes and Guidelines, and CAHS policies and guidelines.
- Relevant experience in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Ability to work in partnership with senior nursing, medical, pharmacy, allied health, and support staff.
