Senior Pharmacist

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Senior Pharmacist to lead all aspects relating to medication management in the Paediatric Critical Care (PCC) Electronic Medical Record (EMR) implementation at Perth Children's Hospital (PCH).

• Provide leadership and work in partnership with senior nursing, medical, pharmacy, allied health, and support staff to plan and implement PCC EMR.
• Responsible for workflow determination and mapping, dataset compilation, building and testing of decision support tools.
• Contribute to training of staff in the use of the new EMR.
• Ensure practice is in accordance with the Pharmacy Board of Australia Registration Standards, the Pharmacy Board of Australia Codes and Guidelines, and CAHS policies and guidelines.

This is a Fixed Term Full Time appointment for twelve months, with the possibility of extension(s). The successful applicant will practice as a Senior Pharmacist and contribute to the implementation of a contemporary digital solution for ICU departments across Western Australia.
