Job Title: Senior Pharmacist - Paediatric Critical Care EMR Project Lead

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Senior Pharmacist to lead the Paediatric Critical Care (PCC) Electronic Medical Record (EMR) implementation project at Perth Children's Hospital (PCH).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and work in partnership with senior nursing, medical, pharmacy, allied health, and support staff to plan and implement PCC EMR.
  • Responsible for workflow determination and mapping, dataset compilation, building and testing of decision support tools.
  • Contribute to training of staff in the use of the new EMR.
  • Ensure practice is in accordance with the Pharmacy Board of Australia Registration Standards, the Pharmacy Board of Australia Codes and Guidelines.
Requirements:
  • Current registration as a pharmacist with the Pharmacy Board of Australia.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in a paediatric critical care setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
