Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at Melbourne Airport. This is an exciting opportunity to provide exceptional customer service and promote luxury eyewear brands.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality face-to-face customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions to effectively engage customers and drive sales
  • Work collaboratively as part of a close-knit team to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive store environment
  • Meet sales targets and contribute to the growth of the store's performance
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to ensure a visually appealing store experience
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in retail or customer-facing roles is highly desirable
  • A passion for fashion, eyewear, and customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets
  • Flexibility to work regular weekday hours, including Mondays and Public Holidays
