As a senior rail industry professional, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to optimize the performance of the South East Queensland rail network.

About this role
  • You will lead a team of approximately 5,200 staff in delivering high-quality passenger services across the network.

This includes managing current and future passenger movements, overseeing large asset portfolios, and planning for future investment. You will also be responsible for leading transformational change necessary to support new trains, tunnels, and technologies.

In this key leadership position, you will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and ensure that high service standards are upheld in design, maintenance, and administration of above and below rail services.

The successful candidate will have a strong emphasis on integrating new assets, including Cross River Rail, new trains, and significant line duplications.
