Overview

Senior AI Strategist

We are seeking an experienced technical leader to spearhead the development of cutting-edge products powered by large language models and agentic AI systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong bias towards delivery and real-world impact, with experience in building ML products, fixing production bugs, collaborating with design teams, and shipping customer-facing software at scale.

  • Design and develop a new LLM-based product focused on insurance customer workflows.
  • Architect, code, and deploy production-grade ML systems using modern tools and frameworks.
  • Contribute to product strategy, with visibility across senior leadership and future scalability in mind.
  • Mentor team members and grow into a leadership role as the team scales.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering real-world systems and products at scale, powered by LLMs. A background in engineering and scaling customer-facing products is essential. Solid understanding of AWS Infrastructure for collaboration purposes is also required. Additionally, a genuine excitement about Agentic AI, LLMs, and technology is necessary.
