Job Description

We are on a mission to revolutionize the healthcare industry by leveraging cutting-edge technology and innovative solutions. As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will play a critical role in shaping our infrastructure practices while being hands-on in building reliable, scalable, and secure systems.

You will work closely with our engineering, AI, product, and compliance teams to enable rapid innovation without compromising stability or security. This is a great opportunity for someone who's excited to help build healthtech infrastructure from the ground up in a hyper-growth environment.

The Role
  • Design and implement a scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure
  • Own and evolve our CI/CD pipelines to support rapid and safe deployment across environments
  • Collaborate with AI, backend, and frontend teams to ensure end-to-end system reliability
  • Introduce and manage observability platforms for performance, alerting, and logging
  • Champion infrastructure-as-code practices with tools like Terraform and Ansible
  • Solve complex challenges around service uptime, latency, and cost optimization
  • Drive decisions on tooling, architecture, and DevOps culture
  • Build compliance-ready infrastructure aligned with security and privacy standards like ISO 27001, SOC 2, and HIPAA

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven track record building and scaling production systems in cloud environments (preferably Azure)
  • Experience implementing DevSecOps practices and integrating security into the SDLC
  • Deep knowledge of infrastructure automation, CI/CD tooling, containerization, and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Experience with application and dependency security tooling like GitHub Advanced Security, Snyk, Trivy, or similar
  • Expertise in monitoring and alerting tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog)
  • Experience with secrets management, service mesh, and distributed systems
  • Strong knowledge of security best practices and compliance requirements in healthcare
  • Comfort with scripting languages such as Python or Bash
