Clinical Nurse Specialist

About the Role:
  • Provide clinical leadership and management of Child and Adolescent Community Mental Health team members.
  • Collaborate with the Team Leader to develop, monitor, and evaluate clinical outcome measures for optimal results.
  • Participate in multi-disciplinary team reviews, offering guidance and support for staff in developing, monitoring, and evaluating clinical outcome measures.
You Will Need:
  • A strong background in mental health nursing, including an understanding of mental health issues affecting children, adolescents, and families.
  • The ability to conduct assessments and provide therapeutic interventions for young individuals and their families.
  • Demonstrated experience and knowledge of services and agencies providing specialist mental health assessment, advice, and training.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including negotiation, conflict resolution, and decision-making abilities.
