About the Role:- Provide clinical leadership and management of Child and Adolescent Community Mental Health team members.
- Collaborate with the Team Leader to develop, monitor, and evaluate clinical outcome measures for optimal results.
- Participate in multi-disciplinary team reviews, offering guidance and support for staff in developing, monitoring, and evaluating clinical outcome measures.
- A strong background in mental health nursing, including an understanding of mental health issues affecting children, adolescents, and families.
- The ability to conduct assessments and provide therapeutic interventions for young individuals and their families.
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge of services and agencies providing specialist mental health assessment, advice, and training.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including negotiation, conflict resolution, and decision-making abilities.

What We Offer:- A permanent, full-time position working 76 hours per fortnight.
- A competitive salary: $106,570 to $112,440 per annum.
