**Job Description**: We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mobile Engineering Leader to drive the development of our Flutter app and integrate it with existing native iOS and Android apps. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of mobile development, architecture, and backend integration. As a technical leader, you will provide guidance, mentorship, and upskilling opportunities for mobile developers, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality solutions.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • 5+ years of software development experience, with at least 3 years in mobile development;
  • Deep expertise in Flutter, with strong knowledge of native iOS (preferred) or Android development;
  • Hands-on experience with REST APIs and integrating backend services;
  • Proficiency with state management solutions such as Riverpod;
  • Strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to anticipate challenges, architect resilient solutions, and drive technical excellence;
  • Proven expertise in core mobile application design and development frameworks is essential for success in this leadership role;
  • Tertiary qualifications in computer science will be highly regarded.
