Job Title: Healthcare Service Manager
As a leading provider of healthcare services, we are seeking an experienced manager to oversee the delivery of high-quality care to our clients. The successful candidate will lead a team of professionals in providing comprehensive healthcare services, ensuring that our standards and best practices are upheld.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mentor and develop the skills of team members to ensure they are equipped to deliver exceptional care
- Build relationships with stakeholders to promote our services and support business growth
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, promoting a culture of excellence within the team
- Monitor and manage key performance indicators and productivity targets for therapy services
- Oversee the financial performance and sustainability of healthcare services, aligning them with our strategic plan and relevant standards and legislation
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Relevant tertiary qualification and significant experience in a healthcare field
- Familiarity with the NDIS framework and registration with AHPRA or another governing body
- NDIS Worker Screening Check and WA Working with Children Check
- Drivers Licence, reliable vehicle, and willingness to travel for work
