The role of Health Services Manager presents a unique chance to spearhead the development and management of primary healthcare services in a detention facility.

Key Responsibilities:- Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of primary healthcare services in a detention facility.
- Manage resources flexibly to meet business and workflow requirements, including scheduling, rostering, and resource allocation.
- Drive and promote a culture of Continuous Quality Improvement by leading, implementing, and championing change.
- Inspire and engage team members by fostering a culture of continuous improvement, motivation, and mentorship.
- Participate actively in risk management and quality improvement systems to enhance service delivery and outcomes.
- Bachelor of Nursing degree with a minimum of five years' post-graduate clinical experience in a relevant field.
- At least five years' experience in leadership or management roles within a complex healthcare environment.
- Current registration with a relevant clinical profession with no conditions.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
- Able to build trust, motivate teams, and foster an inclusive, positive, and engaged culture.
- Strategic mindset and ability to translate vision into action.
