This is an exceptional opportunity to excel as a Guest Services Manager in a dynamic and growing hotel environment.

Job Description:

As a Guest Services Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences at every stage of their journey. This includes handling reservations, arrivals, departures, and ensuring a seamless stay throughout.

You will be the ambassador of our boutique brand, representing it positively through various communication channels.

Making recommendations on the hotel and local area will also be part of your responsibilities.

  • Deliver exceptional guest service and get a kick out of helping, problem-solving, and being accountable for your workload.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must have success in a similar position and exposure to Hotel Front Office reception and reservations work.

A high level of administrative skills, attention to detail, and ability to pick up systems quickly are essential.

Additionally, you should be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, take initiative, and work collaboratively with the team.

Commitment to working mornings, evenings, overnights, weekends, and public holidays is required.
