The role of Educational Manager offers a unique opportunity to drive and inspire educational excellence within our centre. You will lead, mentor, and create meaningful change by guiding educators to deliver high-quality early childhood education.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement curriculum plans aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework, ensuring a cohesive and effective educational program.
- Enjoy dedicated time off the floor each week to focus on leadership responsibilities, allowing for strategic planning and development.
- Work full-time within family-friendly hours of 6:30am – 6:30pm, offering a healthy work-life balance.

Requirements:
- Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent), demonstrating a strong foundation in early childhood education.
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards, ensuring a deep understanding of educational best practices.
- Current QLD Working with Children Check, verifying your suitability to work with children.
