Occupational Therapist Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated occupational therapist to join our multidisciplinary team in Young, AU.

The successful candidate will deliver evidence-based occupational therapy assessments and interventions under Aged Care Funding to help clients regain independence and continue living at home.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess occupational therapy needs and design tailored programs for aged care clients within the community
  • Deliver high-quality occupational therapy services that meet the needs of clients
  • Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal client outcomes
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Provide education and training to staff and other stakeholders as required

Requirements:

  • A Degree in Occupational Therapy with current AHPRA registration
  • Proven ability to operate effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team and independently
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in computer literacy, with a willingness to utilise required software to facilitate remote work
