Patient Services Coordinator

The Patient Services Coordinator is a key member of the Clinical Neurosciences team, responsible for providing administrative support and facilitating patient management. This role involves a wide range of duties, including:
- Booking appointments and managing patient schedules
- Providing high-level administrative assistance to the Neurosciences Consulting Rooms
- Liaising with patients, doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
- Managing patient information and maintaining accurate records
This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families
- Manage and maintain accurate patient records and databases
- Coordinate appointments and schedules for patients and healthcare professionals
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry and report preparation
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care
- Minimum two years' experience in a healthcare setting
- Demonstrated high-level communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications
