Patient Services Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Patient Services Clerk to join our team at St Vincent's Hospital Melbourne. As a key member of our Environmental Services team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and support to our clinical areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clerical support to clinical staff, including admitting patients, completing reception duties, and maintaining accurate patient records.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to patients, families, and visitors, ensuring a positive experience in our hospital.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and management.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to strict patient privacy protocols.
Requirements:
- Previous administration experience in a health setting, preferably in a hospital environment.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and Patient Administration Systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
