Patient Services Coordinator

We are seeking a compassionate and customer-focused individual to join our Patient Services team at John Fawkner Private Hospital. As a Patient Services Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Assist nurses and hospital staff in delivering patient care duties, ensuring the highest standard of care and compassion.
- Provide a warm and welcoming experience for patients, visitors, and guests, responding to their inquiries and needs.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.
- Comply with site WHS policy, infection control standards, and policy and procedures, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
- Utilize high-level problem-solving skills to address patient concerns and needs, providing solutions that meet their individual requirements.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, organizational, and communication skills, ensuring quality service and compliance with government regulations.
- Commit to service excellence, striving for continuous improvement and quality care.
- Work effectively independently and as part of a team, adapting to changing priorities and demands.
