As a newly created position, the Organisational Development Advisor plays a pivotal role in supporting the design and enhancement of our organisational development framework.
Working closely with the Manager People and Culture and AIMS Leadership team, you will assist in designing and delivering organisational development solutions that enhance workforce performance and capability and organisational culture.
You will have a key role in supporting the design and delivery of our internal organisational development initiatives, including leadership development, performance management, and talent and succession management planning.
Leading the development of supervisor training offerings that capture managing and leading employees, you will help cultivate leadership capabilities within our organisation.
Providing subject matter expertise and flexible responses to a range of essential people interventions and strategies, you will be across the latest industry trends and research to inform design, development, and implementation of contemporary culture and capability development programs.
About YouYou are an experienced organisational development professional with a passion for creating impactful learning and development solutions that drive organisational success.
Your significant experience supporting strategic organisational development, to support and enhance organisational capability and performance, will be complemented by your tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Organisational Development, or a related discipline.
To be successful in this role, you will also have:
- Proven knowledge of contemporary organisational development practices and methodologies
- Demonstrated experience in design, development, implementation, and evaluation of organisational development initiatives
- Highly developed facilitation, consultation, and influencing skills, with the ability to use strategies to gain agreement, explore alternatives, and deliver content focused on action learning and values-based behaviours
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills and a collaborative style of working to effectively communicate across diverse internal stakeholders
- Ability to generate new ideas, challenge the status quo, and analyse information to support designing and delivering internal services and initiatives to achieve strategic outcomes

The successful candidate for this exciting opportunity will be rewarded with:
- AIMS AOF Level 5 salary ($117,806 to $129,148 per annum) plus 15.4% superannuation
