Nurse Care Specialist

About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Nurse to join our team as a specialist in patient care. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality, person-centered nursing care to patients.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team. They will also have a strong commitment to quality improvement and evidence-based practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality, person-centered nursing care to patients.
  • Work effectively in a multidisciplinary team to achieve positive patient outcomes.
  • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and implement evidence-based practices.
Requirements
  • Currrent Registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse.
  • Demonstrated competencies in and knowledge of the complexities and challenges involved in providing nursing care.
  • Demonstrated effective clinical communication through the use of information technology, written and verbal means, and sound interpersonal skills.
