Patient Care Support Assistant

This is a permanent full-time position within our multi-disciplinary care team. It requires supporting the delivery of patient-centered care to diverse populations.
Key aspects of this role include assisting clinical staff, transporting patients throughout the facility or campus, and performing cleaning duties as needed.
The ideal candidate will possess current NSW Security licence (Class 1A minimum), nationally recognised first aid training, and the ability to communicate effectively with individuals from all backgrounds.
Demonstrated experience in conflict resolution, aggression management, and physical capacity to perform duties including lifting and transferring patients are also essential requirements.
