Organisational Analyst Role Overview

Paxia Australia Pty Ltd is a Cloud-based catering management solutions provider to leading airlines worldwide.

We seek an experienced Organisational Analyst to join our team, working closely with staff at all organisational levels.

  • Analyse current systems, evaluate and discuss with stakeholders to improve organisational workflows.
  • Direct clients towards efficient organisation, proposing solutions to resolve issues through effective communication.
  • Undertake work studies to analyse existing methods and propose revisions for improved workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record and analyse organisational workflow data, including charts, reports and manuals to identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare proposals to revise methods, alter workflows and resolve organisational problems by applying analytical thinking.
  • Assist in implementing approved recommendations and revising documentation accordingly.
  • Review operating procedures and ensure adherence to standards to guarantee quality services.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an Organisational Analyst for an enterprise software company.
  • Experience working in airline inflight services department preferred.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical thinking, proactive problem-solving and adaptability in teamwork and project planning.
  • Exceptional organisational abilities with focus on time management and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, including motivating and inspiring others.
  • Fluent written and spoken English, ability to communicate in Spanish, Portuguese preferred.
