Job Role Summary

We are currently hiring a highly motivated Leisure & Lifestyle Coordinator to join our team on a full-time basis, working Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be flexible to work weekend shifts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the operational aspects of social care programs daily.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to design and direct social care initiatives that meet resident needs.
  • Lead and organize the social care team and volunteers.
Requirements:
  • Proficient computer skills and information management abilities.
  • A genuine interest in working in aged care.
  • Well-developed customer service and communication skills.
