Job Description

We are seeking an individual to join our team as a Daily Operations Coordinator. This role is responsible for ensuring timely responses to alerts from our fatigue management system.

The position also supports drivers during breakdowns and performs other safety and operational tasks as required.

  • Reviewing alerts sent from the fatigue management system to ensure validity
  • Communicating with drivers who need to stop for a break due to fatigue events
  • Coordinating with service providers to rectify faulty devices
  • Recording relevant information for reporting purposes
  • Assisting HSEQ and Operations teams with incident recording and investigation

This is a critical role that requires strong customer service skills, excellent critical thinking and problem-solving ability, highly developed negotiation skills, strong communication skills, both written and verbal, intermediate computer skills, and ability to work within a team environment and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
