Key Responsibilities:

  • Commitment to Safety: Demonstrate unwavering commitment to zero harm behaviors in support of developing a world-class safety culture.

  • Collaborate with senior engineers to create and refine engineering solutions.

  • Deliver project results that align with agreed objectives of the rotation plan.

  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and share innovative ideas.

  • Effectively communicate with team members, stakeholders, and clients.

  • Conduct research to support project development and stay updated on industry trends.

  • Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance technical skills and knowledge within the graduate program.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Chemical Engineering with specialization in minerals processing is mandatory.

  • Less than two years of work experience.

  • Strong academic achievement throughout studies.

  • Effective communication skills in local language and English (written and oral), including engineering subject matter.

  • Ability to develop engineering judgment and maturity through exposure to various work environments and challenging tasks.

  • Capacity to seek, accept, and benefit from advice from mentors and more experienced colleagues.

  • Enthusiasm for technology and demonstrated creativity and innovation.

  • Proven Project Management (PM) skills or knowledge and application of PM tools.

  • Ability to apply process engineering methods and tools, and conduct analysis to solve problems and design solutions.

  • Commitment to customer service.
