Graduate Process Engineer

We are seeking a talented graduate to join our team as a process engineer. This is an exciting opportunity for recent engineering graduates to launch their career in a dynamic and growth-focused environment.

The successful candidate will assist in various projects, focusing on learning and exposure to engineering activities that align with our business objectives and meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

The graduate process engineer will contribute to the design, development, and implementation of innovative solutions. You will work closely with senior engineers to deliver project results and participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute innovative ideas.

You will engage in ongoing professional development to enhance technical skills and knowledge as part of the graduate program. This includes research to support project development and staying updated with industry trends.

About the Role
  • Demonstrate commitment to safety and zero-harm behaviors.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers to design and develop engineering solutions.
  • Deliver project results in keeping with the agreed objectives of the rotation plan.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Chemical Engineering with a specialisation in minerals processing.
  • Fewer than two years of work experience.
  • Evidence of strong academic achievement throughout studies.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English (written and oral), including engineering subject matter.
  • The ability to develop engineering judgment and maturity through exposure to a variety of work environments and challenging tasks.
