Job Title: Project Site Coordinator

Overview of the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Project Site Coordinator to join our team on a prestigious residential high-rise project. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Site Manager and Project Team in ensuring the project's timely completion, while maintaining exceptional quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the Site Manager and Project Team to coordinate site activities, identify potential issues, and implement effective solutions.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring accurate timelines and milestones are met.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, address any concerns, and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and cooperation.
• Assist in the preparation of project reports, including weekly and monthly updates, to keep the project team informed of progress and challenges.

Requirements:
• 3-5 years' experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role in the construction industry.
• Proven track record of successfully coordinating large-scale projects, with a focus on meeting deadlines and achieving quality outcomes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups, including site personnel, subcontractors, and clients.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and develop actionable recommendations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Project Management software.
