As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of construction projects.

Job Description
  • Safely supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure all works are carried out in accordance with the Construction Phase Plan.
  • Deliver comprehensive site inductions, toolbox talks, and regular safety briefings to personnel.
  • Maintain precise records of site activities (daily diary, inspections, near-miss reporting).
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage small to medium-sized construction projects (cladding or façade work experience preferred).
  • Develop a strong understanding of health and safety regulations and CDM responsibilities.
  • Hold a valid CSCS card.
  • Possess SMSTS or SSSTS certification.
  • Hold an enhanced DBS check or Working with Children Permit.
  • First Aid at Work training is desirable.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and coordination skills.
